Members of the board do not only rubber stamp direction decisions but are also excited to use their talents and ideas to further better the company.For example, in his bio on Apple. com, it is stated about that Ron Sugar that In addition to having been the CEO of a high-tech Fortune 100 company, Ron has a Ph. Are there different classes of stock with different voting rights? 4.What do the board members contribute to the corporation in terms of knowledge, skills, background, and connections? If the corporation has international operations, do board membe rs have international experience? 5. How long have members served on the board? 6. What is their level of involvement in strategic management? Do they nevertheless rubber-stamp top managements proposals, or do they actively participate and suggest future directions?
